▣ Known Issues
① Issue where rewards could not be claimed after purchasing the Stamp rally pass
- Following today's maintenance, an issue was identified where rewards could not be claimed properly upon purchasing the Stamp rally pass.
- Unclaimed rewards at the end of the Stamp rally pass were automatically sent to the mailbox; however, an issue occurred where the "Claim reward" button remained active on the UI.
② Issue where Pass Points were not accumulated upon completing events after the Stamp rally pass ended
- An issue was identified where Pass Points were not accumulating normally when completing events after the end of the Stamp rally pass.
- The Pass points that were not accumulated due to this issue have been retroactively applied in bulk.
■ Action taken
- We have identified the cause and completed system normalization. Please restart the game to check the updates.
