August is already here, bringing the height of the summer heat. We sincerely thank all Tamers who continue to show unwavering love and interest in <Dragon Village 3> even under the blazing sun.

In this Developer Note, we would like to share the convenience improvements and key update plans prepared for August based on the valuable feedback you have regularly sent us, along with news of a special pop-up store where we can greet you in person.

- We confirmed that Tamers who entered the coupon after the Legacy of Doom Event Draw ended at 22:59 (UTC) on August 5 (Wed) were unable to use the ‘Legacy of Doom Draw Tickets.’
- Accordingly, the Draw Tickets obtained by entering the coupon have been changed from Legacy of Doom Draw Tickets to Premium Draw Tickets.
- Please note that Premium Draw Tickets have been sent through the Mailbox to Tamers who entered the coupon after the Legacy of Doom Event Draw ended and before the change was implemented, and had already received Legacy of Doom Draw Tickets.

Major Content and Early August Update Information

1. Food Amplification System (Statue of Abundance & Fertilizer)

- Resolving the common issue of "food shortage" among Tamers was designated as our top priority.

- To address this, the Statue of Abundance will be added, which can be constructed upon reaching Tamer Level 15.

- This building automatically produces Fertilizer over time. Holding Fertilizer will automatically consume it when gathering food from Farms, Gathering Sites, or Mills, significantly boosting the amount of food obtained to reduce the burden of raising dragons.

2. Pickup Dragon and Orb Special Buff System

- We deeply empathize with feedback from new players who felt the game difficulty was somewhat high, so we have created a special buff system designed to deliver the thrill of growth and stage progression.

- During the pick-up period, powerful buffs will be granted proportional to the promotion rank achieved for the featured Pick-Up Dragon and the limit break level of the Pick-Up Orb.

- These buffs apply whenever the featured Pick-Up Dragon is deployed in major content—such as Story, Gathering, Dungeons, World Boss, and Colosseum—allowing you to clear content much more smoothly during the event.

3. Dragon Level Reset System

- To resolve the dilemma of hesitation when acquiring a Chroma Dragon or replacing existing team members due to heavily invested resources, we are introducing the Level Reset Potion.

- Using this potion resets the dragon back to Level 1, returning all food and evolution materials consumed during its growth.

- On the day of the update, 1 Level Reset Potion will be sent to everyone via mail.

4. Dragon Triumph Score System Added

- Listening to feedback from Tamers who felt it was regrettable that collecting dragons diligently didn't offer separate rewards or effects, we are adding a brand-new Dragon Collection Score System.

- In this menu, you can earn points whenever you collect and nurture dragons. Upon reaching specific point thresholds, you can obtain modest stat buffs alongside useful rewards.

- In particular, higher dragon rarity yields more points. We hope you enjoy the fun of collecting various dragons and growing into an even stronger Tamer!

Upcoming August Update Preview

※ The following schedules are not fully finalized, but we are sharing them as they are in the final planning stage to be implemented within August. Details may change due to internal circumstances.

1. Introduction of a Pity System for Breeding Rate-Up Events

- To relieve the fatigue of Tamers trying to obtain their desired dragons through breeding, we are introducing a "Pity" system to Breeding Rate-Up events as well.

- You can select one of the rate-up dragons as your "Breeding Pick-Up," and a gauge will fill up every time you attempt a breeding combination that can yield that specific dragon.

- Each time the gauge reaches certain thresholds, the acquisition probability for that dragon will increase on the very next breeding attempt. If this boost continues, the system is designed to eventually guarantee the drop.

- Furthermore, this gauge will carry over to the next Breeding Rate-Up event so that you can enjoy a more satisfying experience.

2. New Sub Story and Epilogue Added

- The sub-story stage [Promise of Purification], covering Selora and Flemver's past at the laboratory, will open.

- Epilogues for Chapters 3 and 4 will be added to enrich the overall lore and narrative.

3. Arena Statistics System and Balancing Direction

- A statistics feature will be added, allowing you to directly check detailed in-game data such as Arena pick/ban rates and win rates.

- The development team will use this data as a foundation to carry out more precise and balanced adjustments moving forward.

Offline Special Pop-up Store Information

To meet our Tamers in person and build fun memories together, we are hosting a special pop-up store near COEX at Samseong Station around mid-August.

Various events and activities are prepared, including limited sales of the highly requested Selora Figure. (Detailed schedules and locations will be announced in a separate notice.)
