We would like to inform you about the in-game issues identified and the actions taken.

▣ Known Issues
1. Citael's Stage Display Issue
- An issue occurred where Citael's Stage was not visible on screen even after being placed in the Village.
- Citael's Stage that had already been placed in the Village was also not visible.
■ Action Details
- The issue was fixed through a live patch applied on July 27, 2026 (Mon), 02:20 (UTC).
- Citael's Stage now displays correctly whether newly placed or previously placed.
※ The patch will be applied after restarting the game.
If Citael's Stage is not displayed, please completely close the game and log in again to check.
2. Surprise Update Gift Coupon Period Ending Early Issue
- An issue has been identified where the redemption period for the Surprise Update Gift coupons ended earlier than the announced schedule.
■ Action Details
- The issue has been fixed, and coupons can now be redeemed normally.
- The coupon redemption period has been extended by 24 hours from the original end time to July 27, 2026 (Mon), 23:59:59 (UTC).
