▣ Notice on Measures for Connection Issue in Certain Environments

 

■ Issue Details

 - An issue occurred where some Tamers were unable to access the game normally in certain connection environments.

 

■ Action Details

 - The connection issue has been fixed through several patches applied today.

 - We have confirmed that this issue has been resolved as of now.

 - If you still cannot access the game normally, please completely close the game and restart it to check whether you can access it.

 - If the connection issue continues after restarting the game, please contact the in-game Customer Support with your device information and a screenshot of the error screen attached.

 

■ Compensation Details

 - We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the connection issue.

 - We plan to provide apology compensation to Tamers who experienced the issue.

 - Eligible Recipients: Tamers who experienced the connection issue

 - Compensation: Diamonds x3,000

 - The compensation is scheduled to be sent to your Mailbox on July 10 (Fri).
