Follow-Up Measures and Compensation Notice Regarding the “Purchase Appreciation Event” - 2026.07.01

We sincerely apologize for causing all Tamers a great sense of loss and disappointment due to the 'Purchase Appreciation Event' that began on June 30 (Tue).

 

Contrary to the name of the event, this event lacked appreciation and rewards for existing purchasers. We apologize for failing to carefully review this matter through to the end.

 

For existing purchasers who were disappointed by this issue, we have prepared the following follow-up measures.

 

 

1. Compensation Plan for Existing Purchasers

 

To ensure that the affection and support shown by Tamers do not feel meaningless, we have prepared a special compensation plan.

 

  • - Eligible Recipients: All users who made purchases after the official launch and before the start of the Purchase Appreciation Event (June 30, 2026 (Tue), 00:00:00 (UTC))
  • - Compensation Criteria: We plan to send additional special Diamond compensation by Mailbox based on cumulative purchase amount.
  • - Compensation: Diamonds x1,000 + Diamonds equivalent to 3% of the cumulative purchase amount + Legendary Contract Summon Ticket x10 (※ Please check the table below for compensation examples.)
  • - Compensation Date: Distributed in a batch after the maintenance on July 1 , 2026 (Wed)

2. Apology Compensation for All Tamers

 

Due to our insufficient operation of this event, we have caused concern to all Tamers who care about our game, regardless of whether they made purchases. We would like to provide compensation as an apology to everyone who felt great concern about the direction of the game.

 

Going forward, when preparing events, we will more carefully consider the perspective of Tamers so that events do not lean toward one side.

 

  • - Apology Compensation for All Users: Diamonds x3,000 + Legendary Contract Summon Ticket x10
  • - Eligible Recipients: All users whose accounts were created before July 1, 2026 (Wed), 00:00:00 (UTC) (once per account)
  • - Distribution Method: Sent to the Mailbox today (can be claimed within the storage period)

3. Use of Clear Event Names

 

We will not use the name 'Purchase Appreciation Event,' which may cause confusion. We will proceed by changing the name to something more intuitive, such as 'Period Cumulative Purchase Bonus.'

 

 

4. Introduce Advance Notice at Least 1 Week Before Future 'Period Cumulative Purchase Bonus' Events

 

To help Tamers make reasonable choices, if a similar 'Period Cumulative Purchase Bonus' is held in the future, we will provide advance notice through the official community at least 1 week beforehand.

 

 

In addition, many Tamers have sent us various opinions and suggestions through the official community and other channels. We determined that the measures related to the 'Purchase Appreciation Event' explained today were the most urgent and important, so we are first sharing our measures and compensation plan.

 

We are also carefully reviewing future improvements for the valuable feedback sent by Tamers and the remaining major topics. We will provide detailed information on this through an additional notice no later than this Friday, July 3.

 

Once again, we offer our sincere apologies and gratitude to all Tamers.
