1. Colosseum Season Reward Issue
- An issue occurred where Colosseum season rewards were distributed incorrectly.
■ Action Details
- Colosseum season reward claims will be temporarily disabled until the issue is fixed.
※ Colosseum can still be used normally.
- Incorrectly distributed Badges will be retrieved, and Badges and Honor Medals will be additionally distributed according to the tier you achieved in the previous season.
- Tamers who have not yet claimed their season rewards will be able to claim the correct rewards after the issue-fix patch.
- We will provide further notice through this notice once the issue fix and patch application have been completed.
■ Additional Details
- The Colosseum Season Reward issue has been fixed.
- Please reconnect to the game and check again.
- The additional distribution and retrieval of the incorrectly distributed rewards have been completed.
Please note that any rewards that needed to be additionally distributed have been sent by mail.
- For Tamers who have not yet claimed their rewards, you can now claim the correct rewards.
