Hello, this is Dark December.

First of all, we sincerely thank all users who have cherished and supported Dark December so far.

Today, we have some heavy news to share.
After careful consideration of our service operation direction and the scope of future offerings,

we have decided to terminate the Dark December service effective May 27, 2026 (Wed).

We have done our best to provide better services and a stable operating environment, but we have determined that

long-term service sustainability is difficult.

We sincerely apologize for delivering this sudden news,

and we once again deeply thank you for your interest and support.

This notice serves as a preliminary announcement made 30 days prior to the service termination date,

and we will sequentially provide information through in-game pop-ups, official community announcements, in-app messages, and in-game notices.

Due to the service termination, payments and new downloads will be blocked starting April 22, 2026 (Wed),

and refund applications for unused paid currency will also be accepted.

1. Service Termination Notice and Individual Notification Date: April 22, 2026 (Wed)

• In-game pop-ups and official community announcements will be posted
• Individual notifications will be provided through in-app messages and in-game notices

2. In-app Payment and Download Block Date: April 22, 2026 (Wed)

• - In-app payments will be blocked
• - Store downloads will be suspended
• - New registrations will be blocked

3. Refund Application Period: April 22, 2026 (Wed) ~ May 27, 2026 (Wed)

• - Refund applications for unused paid currency (e.g., paid diamonds, etc.) will be accepted
• - Details regarding refund eligibility, criteria, and application methods will be provided through a separate notice
• - A dedicated channel will be operated for at least 30 days after service termination to confirm applications and provide follow-up support.

4. Final Service Termination Date: May 27, 2026 (Wed)

• - Game server will be shut down
• - Preparations for the closure of the official community will be made

※ Important Notes

• After April 22, 2026 (Wed), new payments, new downloads, and new registrations will not be possible.
• Users can continue to use the game on devices where it is already installed until the service termination point.
• Refund eligibility is limited to unused paid currency, and detailed criteria can be confirmed through a separate announcement.
• Access to and use of the game will not be possible after service termination.
