MLB RIVALS

Firstly, i'd like to start by saying that you have done really well with this game… the balance of what can be achieved between f2p players and people who spend money has been implemented very well. However, there are a few things about the game that need some work. 

The baserunning ai is frankly speaking… absolutely terrible. I've lost count of the amount of times where i have inevitably made poor contact for a deep fly ball, and the runners on the bases are halfway down the baselines before the catch is even made, so of course as expected with that, the runners do not tag up and advance to the next base… and if it were a lazy fly ball i would understand, but a warning track shot should at the very least advance a runner from second to third base. It's not quite as bad with runners on 3rd base, as a matter of fact in some instances baserunners on third are a bit too aggressive. I believe a good suggestion would be to either 

A. Improve the current baserunning ai and coding.
B. Implement a manual baserunning mode, where us as the players control the baserunners and whether they tag up, advance, or hold steady where the currently are.

I genuinely believe that y'all have done a wonderful job for the most part.

Recently however, something all to common in the mobile gaming industry has begun to happen.
The 2 most recent updates were delayed, which while completely understandable in some instances, also created a situation that should never happen. The update post that was posted here in the community hub from an individual in your company essentially scapegoated the MLB… now mind you, while i understand that they do have a part to play in it… it is quite simply a very bad look. It comes off as if you the company are trying to make excuses. 
As i've stated, i believe yall have done well so far, but that cannot stand. I do appreciate the follow up response to that situation, but again… it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
I'm not going to pretend to know exactly how you're licensing works… what steps you have to go through… at the end of the day I am just a consumer.
Please do better than that. 

What makes it worse… is since that situation there has been little to no communication. The last several events haven't even been announced in the community portal… and I dont mean to come off in a negative manner here… I'm simply trying to give completely honest feedback. Us as players rely on your announcements to see what is coming so that we can plan accordingly. 
For example, over this last update, y'all brought back the new limit break event… but we did not get prior notice about it… it just suddenly appeared in the game… now this wouldnt normally be a problem… but we are in a state of game currently where there is a lot to do, and not enough balls to go around… we have a prime trade event, we still have the lizzy's giftbox event, among others… all of which require balls be spent in various different modes. It has become difficult to complete everything, so you oftentimes have to choose one over another.
Mind you, this isn't THAT bad… but its just a recent example.

I genuinely believe y'all have done well thus far… I just ask that you try to improve where in some instances you have recently fell short… in communication.
I do hope however that you can take my suggestions and improve the baserunning.
