We would like to inform you of a known issue identified on Jun. 29.
[Jun. 29 Known Issue]
1. Trait EXP cannot be obtained properly in RBI Battle.
- An issue has been identified where Trait EXP cannot be obtained beyond 1,050 in RBI Battle.

- The RBI Battle schedule will be adjusted to resolve this issue.
- Please refer to the [RBI Battle Schedule Adjustment Notice] for details on the adjusted schedule.
- The issue where Trait EXP could not be obtained in RBI Battle will be fixed with the 2026 Season 8th Live Update.
- Any undistributed RBI Battle Trait EXP will be distributed after the fix is completed.

- The RBI Battle Trait EXP that was not distributed due to the issue will be sent.(Distributed on Jul. 3, 4:15 AM EDT)
- The number of games in which Trait EXP was not obtained will be counted, and EXP will be distributed at 45 EXP per game, which is the maximum obtainable EXP per game.
(Example: If you played 10 additional games after reaching 1,050 EXP, 450 EXP will be distributed.)
- The EXP will be sent to your Inbox and will be reflected in your total once claimed.
2. Purchase Rewards Event 2 cannot be accessed. [Resolved on Jun. 29, 11:37 AM EDT]
- An issue has been identified where an error pop-up appears when entering the Purchase Rewards Event 2 banner.
