Upgrade level for Cards
I want to say it seems almost like it's impossible to upgrade cards after level 16 or higher unless if you get ovr 120 or higher upgrades. Can we get back to the success rate bar? Spending for signitures and HOF are becoming a big cost on points which would inquire more grinding and more spending money which I have invested in this game. I am not mad I just want to know why change the upgrade success rate bar? I would say for most people I do believe it's costing a lot of people more points because the success rate is now doesn't change and the percent stays the same. The higher upgraded material are literally hard to get unless you want to spend 100 plus taxes.
