Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming in the March update for MLB RIVALS!

■ March Update Highlights

- The following key updates are scheduled for March:

* Detailed information on new content and updates will be announced separately on the update day.

1. New HOF Cards: Batch 4

- Batch 4 HOF Cards, featuring legendary players who left an unforgettable mark on MLB history, will be newly added.

* More details about the Batch 4 HOF Cards will be provided in the update notice.

2. HOF Card Exchange System (1st Round)

- A system will be added that allows users to exchange the HOF Cards they own for other HOF Cards.

* The HOF Card you wish to exchange must first be unequipped from all lineups.

- When performing an HOF Card exchange, the development values of the material card will be transferred to the resulting card according to separate rules.

- Exchanges are possible even if the pitching/batting positions of the material card and the resulting card differ.

- The card to be exchanged and the material card can only be selected from the designated list.

3. HOF Player Acquisition Event Player List Update

- The list of HOF Cards provided to new users will be updated.

* More details about this change will be provided in the update notice.

4. Regular Season Support Content

- A new Team Support feature will be added, allowing users to support their favorite team directly in the game.

- The Support Team will initially be set as your Preferred Team and can be changed at a certain cost. The first change can be made for free once.

- The Support Team is linked to your Pick 'em team selection, and changing the Support Team will also change your Pick 'em selection. However, the Support Team can only be changed after Pick 'em results have been tallied.

- You can normally use Support once per day, and if you have remaining Support attempts, you can gain additional chances by completing daily missions.

- Rewards consist of the following: Support Reward, Support Cumulative Reward, and Total Wins Reward

- The Total Wins Reward reflects the real-life results of the team you selected as your Support Team, and cumulative rewards can be obtained based on the team’s total number of wins.

- Through the Support content, you can also obtain team-exclusive items that can only be used for players from specific teams.

5. Regular Season Pick 'em Content

- Your Pick 'em team will automatically match your Support Team.

- The Pick 'em match list will only include games involving teams from the same division as your Support Team.

> Example) Support Team: New York Yankees → Only games from AL East teams appear.

- You can make a prediction for only one game from the list. (You do not need to select a game involving your Support Team.)

- If you change your Support Team, the Pick 'em match list may also change.

> Example) 

Support Team: New York Yankees → AL East team games appear

Changed Support Team: Philadelphia Phillies → NL East team games appear

- In the Ranking tab, you can check: Prediction Success Rewards & Prediction Participation Rewards

- Rankings for Prediction Success Rewards are displayed within the division of your Support Team.

- After the Pick 'em prediction period ends, only Random Pick 'em will be available.

- When making a Random Pick 'em, you can still receive Prediction Participation Rewards, and your participation count will increase.

- However, even if the Random Pick 'em prediction succeeds, it will not count toward Prediction Success or rankings.

6. ABS Challenge

- The ABS Challenge System, newly introduced in the 2026 MLB season, will be added to the game.

* More details about the MLB ABS System will be provided in the update notice.

7. Live Card Improvements

- To improve the usability of Live Player Cards, the OVR buff for Live Cards and the Rival Link Deck Score effect will be improved, allowing Special Cards of players selected as Rival Picks to also see greater usability.

- In line with the purpose of Rival Picks, which are designed to encourage the use of currently performing players, an additional Deck Score effect will be granted to Rival Link Cards that match the year of the Live Card.

(When Live Cards for the following year are released, the reference year for this effect will also be updated.)

- World Baseball Classic Cards will also receive the Rival Link effect.

- Live Card Synergy effects will be improved.

• - The Live Card OVR buff will be applied when the '26 Live Cards are released.

8. 2026 MLB Team Uniforms Updated

- Team uniforms will be updated to reflect the latest designs for the 2026 MLB season.

■ UX Improvements & Others

- The Main Player Progression Event will be improved.

> You can select one player from a total of four Impact players. A “BEST” label will be displayed next to each player card to help with your choice.

- A “Recommended” label will be added to the HOF distribution event.

- The Upgrade System will be reworked.

> The structure will be improved to allow users to understand success rates more intuitively.

- The pitcher substitution rules during RBI Battle will be adjusted.

- The early gameplay flow will be improved.

- A close button will be added to chat notification messages.

- The font and UI size of chat messages will be reduced.

- The priority conditions for chat notifications will be adjusted.

- The final reward quantity for each Senior Mission step will now be displayed.

- The League Game Reward Box balance will be adjusted.

- New no-doubt home run animations will be added for the following players:

Javier Baez

Shohei Ohtani

- Various events will be held, including the Batch 4 HOF Release Daily Mission and the Hall of Fame Event Game.

2. Opening Day Events

- To celebrate the start of the 2026 season, a variety of events will be held.
