- Feb. 27th 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM [EST]

※ The update maintenance will take place during the time above.

※ Lower versions will be blocked after the maintenance. Please make sure to update the game at the market before playing.

[Update Details]

1. Title and Logo Change (added on Feb. 27th 12:15 PM [EST])

 - The title of the game will change to MLB RIVALS from the 2024 MLB season.

※ Logos displayed in the game will change along with the title.

2. New Special Cards

- 2023 Special Cards will be added.

3. Campaign Mode

- A new Campaign Mode, where users complete given missions and improve their game knowledge in tandem, will be added.

- Campaign is divided into chapters and stages, with new chapters released regularly.

- The next stage will be unlocked upon completing a stage clear mission.

- Each stage has a bonus mission that offers bonus rewards upon completion.

- Cumulative clear rewards can be obtained with the clear points earned from completing stage clear missions and bonus missions.

- Campaign uses the Battle Lineup.

- Campaign can be selected under Game Mode.

4. New Potential Effects

- New effects will be added based on Potential levels.

- Tiers will be displayed under Potential Development and player information.

- Tap Potential under Potential Development and player information to check the Potential Effect.

5. Player Acquisition Event 

- A Player Acquisition Event that offers up to a Prime Card of a preferred team will be added.

- The event is divided into three stages. Each stage will offer a player card of a preferred team as the final reward.

※ Event details and schedule will follow in a separate notice. 

6. New Crafting for Preferred Team Change Ticket 

- New crafting for the Preferred Team Change Ticket will be added to the Workshop.

- Preferred Team Change Ticket can be crafted once per account using a small amount of Points and Normal Scout Tickets as material.

※ The preferred team can be changed without a Preferred Team Change Ticket by using 500 Stars. 

7. New Animations 

- Animation for Foul/Home Run hits brushing past poles will be added.

- Animation for Home Run hits hitting the poles will be added.

- Animation for dodging tags in steals and camera replay will be added.

- Animation for fielders making cover plays during steal attempts will be added

8. In-game Play and QoL Improved

- A red notification mark will be displayed when new items are added to the Stadium Shop.

- [Campaign] Clear Chapter 1’s All Missions will be added to the Achievement List.

- [League Mode] Finish a Game in Highlight of the Guide Mission will change to [Campaign] Clear Chapter 1 Stage 1-1.

- The Change Skill menu was improved to display “ON” if the first skill of a Prime Card is locked.

- The Lineup > Manage Players menu will display “Training Boost Required” if training is completed with the Training Boost below its maximum value.

9. Modification

- Modified the EDR of ’21 Brandon Woodruff Season Card

10. Others

- As mentioned in the Trade Event in October 2023, any unused Signature Trade Ticket will be deleted from the Inbox after the v1.08.00 update.
