[Notice] v3.08.00 Update Notice – Part 1 (New Signature Black)

 

Greetings from Com2uS.

 

Please read below for details on the v3.08.00 update.

 * The details of this update are divided into Part 1 and Part 2 by major topic.

 * Part 1 covers the addition of Signature Black Cards. Part 2 covers new Special Cards and various content improvements.

 

[Update Schedule]

- Dec. 16 9:00 PM - Dec. 17 12:00 AM [EST] (3 Hours)

 * The update maintenance will take place during the time above.

 *  Lower versions will be blocked after the maintenance. Please make sure to update the game at the market before playing.

 *  Information (screenshots and numbers) provided in the notice is currently under development, and may differ from the actual update.

 

[Update Details]

 

1. New Signature Black Cards

 - New [Signature Black Cards] have been added. These cards can be recruited by using eligible Signature Cards that meet the growth requirements.

 - Signature Cards and FA Signature Cards can be acquired as [Signature Black Cards] and [FA Signature Black Cards] respectively.

 - In the v3.08.00 update, only Signature Black Cards for Starting Pitcher (SP) and Designated Hitter (DH) positions can be recruited.

  * Other positions will become available sequentially in future updates.

  * In the next v3.09.00 update, outfield positions (LF/CF/RF) will be added to the list of available positions.

  * Multi-position players can only be recruited as Signature Black Cards if both of their positions are available for Signature Black recruitment.

  * When recruiting a two-way player as a Signature Black Card, both the batter and pitcher cards will be recruited as Signature Black Cards, just as with a Rarity Boost.

 

1) Signature Black Recruitment

 - Signature Black Cards can be recruited through the [Signature Black] menu under Team Management.

 - This menu opens once you unlock League Mode – World Champion 1.

 - You can acquire a Signature Black Card using a Signature Card that meets the following growth requirements.

 - Signature Black Recruitment is available once per month, and the limit resets on the 1st of every month.

 - You can recruit a Signature Black Card by registering a Signature Card that meets the growth requirements, along with [Signature Black Recruit Contracts] and the designated materials.

<Signature Black Card Recruitment: Growth Transfer>

 - The following development values from the original Signature Card will be transferred when recruiting it as a Signature Black Card:

  > Transcendence Lv. 9 effect (1st Skill Level +1), Training and Training Boost Levels, Skill Board, and Potential

 - However, the original Signature Card’s Upgrade, Special Training, and Transcendence Level will be reset.

 - The following elements will become available for Signature Black Cards:

  > Fourth Skill Slot, Skill Preset, Black Boost, and Performance Fitting

 

 2) Signature Black Contract

 - A new [Signature Black Contract], required for Signature Black recruitment, has been added.

 - A new [Black Seal], required to craft the Signature Black Recruit Contract, has been added.

 - The Signature Black Contract can be purchased at the Stadium Shop or crafted at the Workshop.

3) Signature Black Development

 - Signature Black Cards have higher growth limits than existing Signature Cards. They can also unlock new growth features such as a fourth Skill Slot and Black Boost.

 - However, their Limit Break stays completed, and Upgrade is available up to Lv. 10.

<Training & Training Boost>

 - Training starts at Lv. 25 and can be developed up to Lv. 33.
- Training Boost starts at Lv. 10 and can be expanded up to Lv. 18.
- Training Boost requires Advanced Training Boost Tickets and Points.

 

<Training Reallocation>

 - Signature Black Cards can use 2 Training Reallocation Tickets along with Points to perform Training Reallocation.

 

<Upgrade>

 - Upgrade is available up to Lv. 10, and stats increase according to the Upgrade Level.

 - As of the v3.08.00 update, upon reaching Upgrade Lv. 10 with a Signature Black Card, a +2 boost is applied to all stats. This results in a maximum +2 OVR from Upgrades.

 * In the v3.09.00 update, additional effects that boost position-specific stats upon Upgrade are scheduled to be added.

 - To activate the Upgrade button, 5 material cards must be registered.

 - However, if the success rate reaches 100% through items such as an Upgrade Success Guarantee Badge, it can proceed with fewer than 5 material cards.

 <Special Training>

  - Special Training can be developed up to Lv. 5.

  - It can be performed using Impact-grade or higher Special Cards, Special Training Cards, or the exclusive item [Signature Black Special Training Guarantee Ticket] as materials.

  - Each time a Special Training level increases, you can choose a stat to boost by 1.

  - Each Special Training level also raises the Deck Score by 1.

<ST Retrain>

 - Signature Black Cards can undergo [Special Training Retrain] by selecting a completed Special Training level.

 - It can be performed using Impact-grade or higher Special Cards, Special Training Cards, or a [Special Training Retrain Ticket].

 - Special Training Retrain requires 2,000 EXP regardless of the current Special Training level.

 

<Transcend>

 - Transcendence is available up to Lv. 15, and the following effects are granted when reaching certain Transcendence levels.

  > Lv. 9: First Skill Level +1, and you can select one base Potential to unlock additional levels.

  > Lv. 12: One Transcendence Potential can be selected and unlocked.

  > Lv. 15: Transcendence Potential level expansion becomes available.

 <Potential>

 - When recruiting a Signature Black Card, the original Signature Card’s Potential values will be preserved.

 - Once the required Transcendence Levels have been reached, base Potential expansion and Transcendence Potential unlock/expansion become available.

  * For more details, please refer to the Transcendence Potential section of this notice.

 

 <Black Tier Skill>

 - When recruiting a Signature Black Card, the original Signature Card’s Skills will be preserved.

 - Signature Black Cards will unlock a [Fourth Skill Slot] with a [Black Tier Skill(S-Level)] upon recruitment.

 - Only one Black Tier Skill can be held regardless of its order in the skill slots. Its level ranges from D (minimum) to S4 (maximum).

 - Black Tier Skills can be obtained by using an Advanced Skill Change Ticket or a Superior Skill Change Ticket. The acquisition rate varying depending on the type of ticket used.

  * When using a Superior Skill Change Ticket on a Signature Black Card, a Black Tier Skill will be guaranteed.

  * Black Tier Skills cannot be obtained on any card types other than Signature Black Cards.

  * The list of Black Tier Skills can be viewed via Player Index → Skills → Black.

 

 <Skill Preset>

 - When recruiting a Signature Black Card, [Skill Preset 2] will unlock.

 - Signature Black Cards can hold up to two Skill Boards.

 - You can select and switch between them via the Preset menu in Skill Change.

 

 <Black Boost>

 - When recruiting a Signature Black Card, bonus stats will be granted through the [Black Boost] effect. Values will range randomly from 6 to 18.

 - You can redistribute these stats in the Black Boost tab within the Signature Black menu.

 - Redistribution can be performed using two methods: [Normal Redistribution] and [Advanced Redistribution].

The required materials and the adjustable Black Boost stat range vary depending on the selected method.

 <Performance Fitting>

 - Signature Black Cards can be fine-tuned through [Performance Fitting].

 - This feature is available in the Performance Fitting tab of the Signature Black menu.

 - For [Batters], you can select only one of the following options for adjustment: Hot/Cold Zones or Launch Angle.

  > Hot/Cold Zones: Based on the selected zone, values increase randomly by +1 to +4.

  > Launch Angle:

   - Increase: Randomly increases Average Launch Angle by +1 to +4.

   - Decrease: Randomly reduces Average Launch Angle by -1 to -4.

  * If you undergo Launch Angle fitting while Hot/Cold Zone fitting is active, the existing Hot/Cold Zone fitting values will be reset.

 - For [Pitchers], one pitch type of Grade B or lower is randomly selected for a one-tier grade boost.

 <Change Year>

 - Signature Black Cards can be changed to a different-year Signature Black Card of the same player.

 - This feature is available in the [Year Change] tab within the Signature Black menu.

 - A Signature Card of the same player from the target year is required.

  > Signature Black → Same player · different-year Signature Card

  > FA Signature Black → Same player · different-year FA Signature Card

* When performing a Year Change, all development values except Performance Fitting will be transferred.

* When changing the year, only the Potential level slots (including Bonus Potential) will be transferred. Any developed values will not carry over.

* For two-way players, both batting and pitching development values, excluding Performance Fitting, will be transferred separately.

* Year Change can be performed even if the team is different, as long as the player is the same.

* Cards used as materials will be consumed.

<Transfer Development>

 - Signature Black Cards can undergo Development Transfer with [Same-player] or [Same-position] targets.

  > Same-Player: Available between Signature Black Cards of the same player.

  > Same-Position: Available between Signature Black Cards of the same position.

  * When a Same-Position Development Transfer is completed, the source card will be consumed.

 

 - When transferring, all development values except Performance Fitting will be transferred, as outlined below:

* For (FA) Signature Black, HOF, and Moment Cards that have reached Transcendence Lv. 9 or higher, [Same Player] Development Transfer will be temporarily unavailable.

This feature will become available through an update planned for January.

 

<Others>

 - When placing a Signature Black Card in the lineup, the same Synergy effects will apply as the previous Signature Card.

 - When converting a Signature Black Card to an FA Card, 16 FA Contracts are required. This remains the same as that of standard Signature Cards.

 - Signature Black Cards are a higher-tier rarity than Signature Cards.

  > Card Type: Season = Live < (FA) Impact < (FA) Prime = Moment < (FA) Signature < (FA) Signature Black < HOF

 

2. Transcendence Level Expansion

 - The maximum Transcendence Level for Moment and HOF Cards has been expanded from 9 to 15.

 - Levels will increase once the required Transcendence EXP is met.
- For Levels 1–9, the required materials remain the same as before. From Level 10 onward, the amount will increase.

3. Potential Expansion & Transcendence Potential

 - A new Potential growth system has been added for HOF, Signature Black, and Moment Cards.

 - This system can be accessed from the [Transcendence Potential] tab in the Potential menu.

 - Once the required Transcendence Levels have been reached, base Potential expansion and Transcendence Potential unlock/expansion become available.

 

<Potential Expansion>

 - Upon reaching Transcendence Lv. 9, one base Potential can be selected and expanded up to Lv. 15. (Updated on Dec. 17, 5:10 AM EST)

  > (FA) Signature Black / Moment: Expands by Lv. 1–5 at random.
  > HOF: Expands by Lv. 1–3 at random.

 - The first expansion is free. Subsequent attempts require materials to reset it.

 

 <Unlock Transcendence Potential>

 - Upon reaching Transcendence Lv. 12, one Transcendence Potential (the 6th Potential) can be selected and unlocked.

 - When first unlocked, it will be available for growth up to Lv. 4.

 - The first unlock is free. Afterward, materials are required to switch to a different Transcendence Potential.

 

<Transcendence Potential Expansion>

 - At Transcendence Lv. 15, the unlocked Transcendence Potential can be further expanded.

  > (FA) Signature Black / Moment: Expands by Lv. 1–6 at random.

  > HOF: Expands by Lv. 1–8 at random.

 - The first expansion is free. Afterward, materials are required to reset the Transcendence Potential expansion.

 

4. Moment Special Training Level Expansion

  - The maximum Special Training level for Moment Cards has been expanded from Lv. 5 to Lv. 8.

  - Upon reaching Lv. 8, a Moment Card’s Deck Score can increase up to a maximum of 27.

  - In addition, the EXP required to reach each Special Training level has been reduced.

* Due to the reduced EXP requirements, Moment Cards that were already at Special Training Lv. 5 before the v3.08.00 update can be immediately raised to Lv. 7 from the Special Training menu.

 

5. New Potential Game

 - A new [Potential F Game] has been added to Potential game list.

 - In this mode, you can obtain [Potential Note F], which is required for Transcendence Potential growth.

 

6. New Achievements Added & Existing Achievements Expanded

  - With the addition of Signature Black Cards and the expansion of Transcendence Levels, related Achievements have been added or expanded.

   - For more details, go to [Mission → Challenges → Players].

7. New Item: [Special Training Retrain Ticket]

  - A new [Special Training Retrain Ticket] has been added. This item can be used to perform Special Training Retrain for HOF Cards and Signature Black Cards.

  - This ticket grants one Special Training Retrain attempt, regardless of Special Training EXP.

 - The number of tickets required per retrain varies by card type:

  > HOF Cards: Requires 1 Special Training Retrain Ticket

  > Signature Black Cards: Requires 2 Special Training Retrain Tickets 

  - When performing Special Training Retrain using these tickets, you can choose between the before and after stat values on the result screen.

  - In addition, using tickets allows you to perform consecutive retrains.

  * You can retrain consecutively up to the number of tickets you own.

 

8. New Upgrade Cards

  - New Upgrade Cards have been added.

  - They provide the same effect as a Player Card with the same OVR when used as Upgrade materials.

  - Upgrade Points are applied based on OVR when used as Position Training materials.
