[Mar. 17 Known Issue]

1. An issue where, during Pick Play in the Point Support Event, an error popup appears on the game result screen and returns users to the main title screen [Fixed on Mar. 17, 2:00 AM EDT]

- This issue occurs when playing the game with the Intervene button enabled.

- When this error occurs, the match will be invalidated. No Balls will be consumed, and no Event Game Tokens will be awarded.

2. An issue where the Tokyo Series Special Scout banner in the Scout menu was displayed earlier than scheduled [Fixed on Mar. 17, 12:00 AM EDT]
- This Scout is currently unavailable. It will become accessible starting Mar. 18, 1:00 AM EDT.

3. An issue where additional Potential levels were unlocked when using Rarity Boost with player cards that already unlocked their Potential (Added on Mar. 17, 6:15 AM EDT) [Fixed on Mar. 19, 11:00 PM EDT]
- This issue occurred for a small number of users after the temporary maintenance on Mar. 14. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
- For player cards affected by this issue, the following actions will be taken:
> Potential levels that were unlocked due to the issue will be reverted to their previous state before the additional unlock occurred. [Fixed on Mar. 18, 2:00 AM EDT]

> Additional users affected by this issue have been identified. The Potential level of affected cards will be restored to its state before the additional unlock. [Fixed on Mar. 19, 7:00 AM EDT]
> Potential-related items used after the unintended unlock will be restored and sent to the affected users. [Fixed on Mar. 19, 11:00 PM EDT]
→ Restored Potential items will be sent sequentially after the upcoming update maintenance.
