Please read below for more details on penalties imposed on users confirmed of abnormal gameplay.

There have been reports of abusive behaviors that affect the ranking of [Ranked Battle].

MLB RIVALS is running an internal monitoring system to detect abusive behaviors,

and the monitoring results confirmed the abnormal gameplay mentioned above.

The said behaviors constitute as "Abuse" under Article 8 of Com2uS' Management Policy.

Abnormal users will be sanctioned, and their unfair gains will be withdrawn.

Please be aware that should such abusive behaviors occur again in the future,

offenders may be subject to permanent restriction if their actions are deemed as a critical case.

Furthermore, we apologize for the delay in the internal review of the case.

We will reinforce the monitoring system to ensure normal users are not inconvenienced.
