[Notice] Known Issues Notice

Greetings from Com2uS.

We would like to provide you with more details on the v2.06.00 update implemented on Sep. 27th and discuss our future directions.

1. v2.06.00 Special Cards and Ways Ahead

- First, we apologize to all users who have looked forward to the new special cards in the v2.06.00 update. We would like to discuss the reason behind new additions and the ways ahead.

- The special cards added in the latest version update were largely intended to improve the imbalance in the number of player cards per position among the teams, in consideration of the new development system mentioned in [MLB RIVALS Dev Note #8].

- The new development currently under development will be using player cards of the same team, grade, and position as material cards. This led our team to focus on balancing out the number of special cards per position by each team in the recent update. However, we did not fully consider the balance in the stats of the added cards.

- Also, since we prioritized balancing the number of special cards per position of all the teams, some players who have played for multiple teams had their new special card release delayed if the team already had numerous special cards for their respective positions.

- We plan to add these special cards that were left out and player cards that reflect the 2024 season results within the 4th quarter.

- When adding special cards in the future, we will prioritize meeting the expectations of our users and introduce cards that will make the rosters more competitive.

- Furthermore, we acknowledge the inconvenience that many users are experiencing due to the increase in the number of Signature Cards, as it would lower the chance of obtaining desired cards. We will diversify the source of Signature Cards, introduce more opportunities for free acquisitions, and prepare the new development system well to satisfy some of those desires.

2. v2.06.00 Main Screen UI Revamp and Ways Ahead

- Next, we will discuss the backdrop of the main screen UI adjustment.

- The latest UI revamp was intended to better categorize the buttons and menus that have been added up to this point and rearrange them ahead of more additions to come.

- Our main purpose was to reorganize the main screen with menus for key content so that it would help new users settle into the game. This resulted in 5 → 6 main buttons at the bottom of the lobby and the repositioning of the [Home] button to the left, in consideration of the order of buttons [Home], [Back], and [Menu] at the bottom of each content menu.

- Nevertheless, we have failed to share our intentions in advance, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the sudden UI revamp. We will do our best to reflect user feedback in creating a user-friendly UI in our future development.

3. Abnormal Plays in [Ranked Battle]

- Details on the measures to be taken against the abnormal plays will be notified in a future update as soon as possible.
