[Apr. 21st Temporary Maintenance Known Issue]

1. An issue where Season Package cumulative purchase rewards were sent again to users who did not access the game between Apr. 21st 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM [EDT] when they accessed the game after the temporary maintenance.

2. An issue where there was no change in Ranked Points following the home Ranked Battle games after the temporary maintenance was over on Apr. 21st 11:00 PM [EDT]

: This case is included in one of the Ranked Battle revamp that we are currently preparing for and was implemented to the game in advance via this maintenance. Please note that there will be no change to this case until the 43rd season (Apr. 23rd).

[Measures to be Taken]

1. To shorten the temporary maintenance time, instead of retrieving the Prime Packs that were sent as a duplicate Step 1 cumulative purchase reward, Prime Pack x1 will be sent to all users except for those who received extra rewards.

2. Step 2 (Advanced Crafting Ticket) and Step 3 (Team Selective Signature Pack) cumulative purchase rewards have been deleted and retrieved.

 : Cards that had a Limit break material used on have been restored to their previous state.

 : Cards that were obtained from the Team Selective Signature Pack have been changed to the Season Cards that were provided upon account creation.

 : Material and currency used to develop the card obtained from the Team Selective Signature Pack will be returned separately.

- The compensations will be available during Apr. 22nd 4:00 AM - Apr. 26th 10:59 AM [EDT].

- Bonus compensation: Prime Pack x1 (excluding users who received a duplicate Step 1 cumulative purchase reward)

- The compensation will be available after the v2.01.00 update until Apr. 30th 10:59 AM [EDT].
