[Notice] Abnormal League Mode Play Sanction Follow-up Measures Notice

 

Greetings, this is the MLB 9 Innings Rivals operation team.

 

To begin, we regret any inconvenience caused to users as a result of in-game issues and the associated response procedures.

 

We would like to provide more information about the follow-up measures for the abnormal play sanctions announced yesterday, as well as answer any queries you may have.
 

1. Severity of the sanctions

 

The company’s Operational Policy - Restriction of Use and Sanctions Standards was followed when executing the in-game sanctions.

 

We never looked down on this issue and regarded it to be a significant breach of terms, so we initially applied both 15 days for leveraging system errors and bugs and 7 days for abuse, for a total of 22 days of suspension.

 

We fully understand your concerns about sanctions and follow-up actions, and we want to assure you that this is not an issue we take lightly. Below, we will go over a few issues that you are concerned about with the retrieval of unfairly acquired in-game items.

 

2. Concerning the recovery of items acquired illegally

 

Since the last announcement of sanctions, our team has been committed to recover unfairly acquired items that have harmed the fairness and equity of the game by using all available methods and approaches. We regret any misunderstanding caused by the ambiguity of the information we provided to club owners on the matter.

 

Recovery of illegally obtained items will be handled by restoring the account's data to a point prior to the sanctioned account taking undue advantage. Please read below for more information.

 

We will be restoring player cards, development status, league unlock status, other products such as Stars and points, and item storage to the point before each sanctioned account's abnormal play started.

We will give a refund if any purchases were made between the time of the rollback and the start of sanctions.

Please note that this process may take some time during the sanctions period because it must be done carefully and in detail to avoid mistakes.

 

3. Regarding unsanctioned users
 

We are aware that certain users changed their nickname while sanctions were being prepared, which may have caused confusion about whether or not such users will be sanctioned. We have updated the existing sanctions notice with information about users whose usernames have changed. We would appreciate it if you refer to the link provided below.
