We would like to inform you of a known issue identified on Aug. 28.
[8/28. Known Issue]
1. Club Battle rewards are not distributed properly.
- An issue has been identified where some users did not receive the Round Rewards from the Club Battle held on Aug. 27.
2. Game records are not reflected properly in Pick 'em.
- An issue has been identified where game records are not updated in real time in Pick 'em.
- This issue has now been resolved.
3. (WEST Only) RBI Battle rewards are not distributed properly.
- An issue has been identified where some users did not receive the Round 9 rewards from RBI Battle.

As a token of apology for the inconvenience and confusion caused, we have prepared the following compensation.
The compensation is scheduled to be distributed on Aug. 31.
1. Club Battle Rewards
- After reviewing the Game Rewards that were not distributed, the missing rewards will be provided accordingly.
2. (WEST Only) RBI Battle Round Rewards
- After the current season ends, compensation will be provided for the missing Round 9 rewards, as well as for the round played at a lower tier in Round 10.

3. (WEST Only) RBI Battle Tier Rewards
- Due to the Round 9 tally not being completed, users who participated in that round are currently placed one tier lower than intended.
- After the season ends, users who participated in Round 9 will receive the reward for one tier above their final tier reward. (Example: If you receive the Legend 1 tier reward as your final reward, you will also receive the Legend 2 tier reward.)
- However, no additional compensation will be provided if you have already received all tier rewards.
