Please read below for details on the known issue after Jan. 31.
[Jan. 31 Known Issue]
1. In the currently ongoing Ranked Tournament, Synergy Effects are not applied to the opponent’s lineup during Attack matches.
- An issue has been identified where Synergy Effects are not applied to the opponent’s lineup when playing Attack matches in Ranked Tournament. We are currently investigating the cause.
[Feb. 2 Ranked Tournament Issue Follow-up Notice] [Updated on Feb. 2, 4:00 AM EST]
- We sincerely apologize that the Ranked Tournament did not proceed normally due to the previously announced issue.
- To avoid causing confusion by applying fixes while the tournament is in progress, the current Ranked Tournament will continue as scheduled until it ends. Once the issue has been fully resolved, the Ranked Tournament for the same season will be reopened.
* Please note that all records from the current season will be reset in order to reopen the same season after it ends. (Round Rewards from the ongoing Ranked Tournament will be distributed as originally planned.)
- Once the schedule for the issue fix and the reopening of the Ranked Tournament is finalized, we will provide additional details through a separate notice.
Additionally, as an apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue, we have prepared a small compensation for all users.
