Please read below for details on the known issue after Jan. 28.
[Jan. 28 Known Issue]
1. A network error pop-up appears when accessing the Record tab in Ranked Tournament. [Fixed on Jun. 28. 5:30 AM [EST]]
- After the v3.09.00 update, a network error pop-up may appear when attempting to enter the Record tab in Ranked Tournament. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
2. The accumulated points in the Player Acquisition Event were decreased. [Fixed on Jun. 28. 5:45 AM [EST]
- There was an issue where accumulated points in the ongoing Player Acquisition Event decreased after the v3.09.00 update. The issue has now been resolved.
3. Live Match matchmaking is unavailable under certain conditions. [Updated on Jan. 29, 1:00 AM EST]
- An issue has been identified where Live Match matchmaking would not proceed if a two-way player is registered in the Live Match Lineup.
- Until this issue is fixed, please remove any two-way players from your lineup before attempting Live Match.
4. Clubhouse Leader cannot be leveled up in the Locker Room. [Fixed on Jun. 29. 4:25 AM [EST]]
- When attempting to level up the Clubhouse Leader in the Locker Room, an error pop-up appears. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
