1. An issue where the FA Special Lucky Box in the FA Special Event Shop, which opened on Apr. 2 at 10:00 PM EDT, contained items different from the announced contents [Fixed on Apr. 3, 8:10 AM EDT]
- We have disabled the purchase of this item at approximately 10:40 PM EDT and are currently investigating the issue.

- We’d like to inform you of the following measures regarding the issue where the FA Special Lucky Box was sold with contents different from those previously announced.
1. Users who purchased the incorrect FA Special Lucky Box between Apr. 2, 10:00 PM EDT and the time the item was disabled will be given the same number of Compensation FA Special Lucky Boxes, containing the missing items from the original box at the correct rates.
→ As of Apr. 3, 8:30 AM EDT, the Compensation FA Special Lucky Boxes have been delivered based on the number of affected purchases.
