Following the response regarding the issue in the Shop on Feb. 2nd,
we have identified additional users who have obtained duplicate Daily Free Supply Packs.
Therefore, measures to retrieve these duplicated items will be undertaken.
For the affected Captains, temporary restrictions on gameplay will be implemented to facilitate a prompt and secure retrieval process.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further updates regarding the retrieval process and the lifting of restrictions through this notice.
