[Notice] Issue Regarding Ranking Rewards for April Special Point Challenge

The retrieval of incorrectly distributed rewards and the re-distribution of the correct ranking rewards have now been fully completed.
In addition, as an apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue, compensation has been sent to all players via in-game mail.
However, if any of the incorrectly distributed ranking rewards (Keys) have already been used, those cases were inevitably excluded from the compensation distribution, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the event,
and we will do our best to provide a more stable service.
We have identified an issue during the ranking settlement process of the April Special Point Challenge that ended today,
where some players received rewards different from their actual rankings.
The incorrectly distributed rewards will be fully retrieved and reissued with the correct ranking rewards.
A full data investigation is currently in progress to ensure accurate processing, and we kindly ask for your understanding as this may take some time.
Additionally, if any Dragons obtained through the rewards subject to retrieval, including those acquired via Dragon Selection Tickets, have already been upgraded,
their growth values will also be adjusted accordingly.
To avoid confusion, we kindly ask that you refrain from using them if possible.
