We would like to inform you of known issues identified after the March 19 (Thu) update.
Please refer to the details below.
◎ Known Issues
■ New/Returning Tamer Pass/Event Not Displayed Issue
· An issue where the New/Returning Tamer Pass is not displayed
· An issue where the Returning Tamer Login Event is not displayed
· The cause of this issue is currently under investigation. We will provide further notice once the cause is identified and a fix is applied.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
We will conduct a thorough internal review and do our best to prevent such issues in the future.
