[Notice] Known Issue Fixes and Compensation Notice

We would like to inform you about the fixes for known issues and the compensation that has been distributed.

◎ Known Issue Fixes
■ Issue: Unable to Complete Attack Properly
· An issue was identified in the Rumble Machine where attacks could not be completed properly, requiring the game to be force-closed and reconnected.
· This issue was fixed through the update on Feb 18, 2026 (Wed).
· Additionally, the issue where the multiplier was not maintained after a crash during an attack has been improved so that the previous multiplier is now preserved.
■ Rune Bulk Promotion Issue
· An issue was identified where bulk promotion would intermittently fail to complete properly.
· This issue was fixed through a server patch on Feb 17, 2026 (Tue).
◎ Compensation Notice
