[Notice] Delay in Distribution of Cumulative Score Rewards for the Rudolph Race Event

We have confirmed that a temporary delay has occurred in the process of distributing the cumulative score rewards based on today’s settlement results for the Rudolph Race Event. As a result, some Tamers have not yet received their rewards properly.
The cause of this issue has now been identified, and improvement measures are being implemented to prevent the same issue from occurring again.
The cumulative score rewards for the Rudolph Race Event will be distributed sequentially within today.
