[Notice] Follow-up Measures Regarding Nature Egg Hatching Results

Hello,

This is Dragon Village Rumble.

 

We would like to inform you of the follow-up measures regarding an issue where certain Dragons appeared abnormally frequently when hatching Nature Eggs.

 

First, we sincerely apologize to all Tamers for the inconvenience and confusion caused by this issue.

 

As resolving the issue promptly was our top priority, we proceeded with an emergency no-maintenance update.

Afterward, we conducted a comprehensive data review to determine the exact scope of impact and to finalize follow-up measures, which resulted in a delay in this notice. We appreciate your understanding.

 

The issue was not caused by incorrect probability settings.

Instead, it was identified as a synchronization issue with the server during the release of a new Dragon, which led to a specific Dragon appearing repeatedly.

 

This issue was fully resolved through a no-maintenance update on December 14, and Nature Egg hatching results are now being applied correctly according to the announced probabilities.

 

For Tamers who were affected by this issue by hatching Nature Eggs (A–SS Rank) during the affected period, the following measures will be applied.

 

■ Measures

· Eligibility: Tamers who obtained the Legendary Dragon “Mata” from Nature Eggs (A–SS Rank) during the affected period

(From after the December 4 update to before the December 14 update)

· Action: All obtained “Mata” Dragons will be reclaimed, and SS Rank Nature Eggs will be granted in return

※ Dragons already used for growth such as Evolution will also be subject to reclamation.

※ Measures will be applied sequentially, and individual processing may take some time.

 

Additionally, as an apology to all Tamers affected by this issue, the following compensation will be provided.

 

■ Compensation

· Key x30

※ Compensation was delivered via in-game Mailbox on December 14 at 11:50 (UTC+0), and can be claimed within 7 days.

 

We deeply acknowledge the shortcomings revealed by this incident and will further strengthen our server deployment and verification processes to prevent recurrence.
