We'd like to inform you that the item description of Trait Reset Ticket was misleading.

While the original purpose of Trait Reset Ticket was to return some of the resources used, the item description caused confusion as it said "refunds Tokens and resources used."
Please be advised the way how Trait Reset Ticket works currently is what we intended.

We'll be clarifying the item description via the Dec. 6th maintenance and sending out unrefunded resources to those of you who already used the item prior to this notice to the Inbox after maintenance. Once all the resources are refunded, we'll notify you again via this notice.
Please check the details below.

1. Trait Reset Ticket Item Description Modification
- Schedule: Dec. 6th maintenance
- Modification details: Resets character Traits and refunds some of the Tokens and resources used.

2. Unrefunded Remaining Resources Distribution
- Schedule: Sent to the Inbox after the Dec. 6th maintenance in order
- Refund details: All the remaining items used for trait-ups excluding the ones that were refunded

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the item description error.
We'll ensure the same issue does not occur again in the future.
