There was a server instability issue caused by the problem with the All-Out War content on Nov. 2nd.

We were preparing to make improvements to ensure a pleasant gaming experience, but we had to disable matchmaking due to an issue.

In response, we have set the All-Out War missions regarding in-game content (Survival Pass, Settler's Pass, For Your Alliance) to "Complete" to minimize any inconvenience in gameplay.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and will provide the following compensation.

We will inform you via a separate notice once the issue with the All-Out War content is resolved.
