We would like to inform you about the issues currently occurring after the 06/13(Thu) update.

▶ Issue on AOS Devices: Screen Cracking with Pink Color When Touched After the Update
- If you completely uninstall "Light of the Stars" and then reinstall it from the store, you will be able to use the game normally.

 

For commanders using a guest account, please link your account first to ensure that you can log in to your existing account. Please note that if you reinstall the game without linking your account, your account may be lost.

 

▶ Issue on iOS Devices: Some Items Not Purchasable in the Shop After the Update
- Currently, some items are not purchasable on iOS devices. The prices for the unavailable items are not displayed and no actual transactions are being processed.

 

Upon reconnecting, you will be able to purchase all items except the two listed below.

▷ Items Not Available for Purchase:

  • - Monthly Summon Pack
  • - Monthly Pick Up Summon Pack

 

We are pleased to inform you that the issue preventing purchases on iOS devices has been resolved.

Commanders who experienced this issue can now purchase items normally after reconnecting to the game starting from 06/25 10:00 (UTC+9)

 

※ When attempting to purchase items, the displayed market item name may differ from the actual item name, but the items will be delivered correctly.

 

▶ Issue with The Mirage Invasion Event Scores Not Being Properly Reflected

-We have identified that the scores for The Mirage Invasion event are not being properly reflected for some commanders. This issue affects the event rankings, so we are prioritizing it.
The cause of the issue has been identified, and we are doing our best to fix it as soon as possible.

 

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will restore normal functionality soon.

We will provide an update via notice as soon as the issue is resolved. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by the inability to purchase items.

 

This update was focused on fixing errors, but we are sorry for showing an incomplete aspect to our commanders.

 

We will do our best to show a better performance to our commanders in the future, and as promised, we will strive to continually improve.
