Notice Regarding Current Ongoing Issues

Hello, commanders.
This is Tia, the GM of "Light of the Stars".

 

We would like to inform you about the identified issues currently occurring and the directions for their improvement. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to refer to the details below for your reference.

 

➡ Issue: Aurora Shards only visible to some commanders in Server 10
- The intention was for all commanders who unlocked The Mirage Invasion, but due to a store system error, it was only added for some commanders in Server 10, causing confusion. The development team has accurately identified the cause, and it will be fixed in the upcoming update on the 30th.

 

➡ Issue: Guild Boss Ranking (Individual) Event not proceeding as scheduled
- As it was the first event of its kind, the schedule was postponed to early June for thorough testing. However, the event schedule update was delayed, causing confusion among many commanders. In the future, we will pay more attention to updating the schedule and will notify you of any changes through announcements.

 

➡ Issue: New Commander Gifts not being distributed
- A recurring issue has been identified and is being addressed. We will fix it as soon as the cause is confirmed, and commanders who did not receive their rewards during the error period will be sent their gifts via in-game mail.

 

➡ Issue: Build the Guild Event rewards prioritized for a specific guild in Server 2
- An error occurred during the internal event setup process. It has been confirmed that rewards were not prioritized for any guilds other than the specific one. After checking the guild rankings at the end of the event, steps were taken to prevent duplicate rewards. All servers’ guilds have received their rewards according to their rankings.

 

Additionally, regarding the event start/end times that many commanders have mentioned, we have conveyed your feedback to the development team and are currently working on adjusting the start and end times for all events. Starting from the 31st, after the update on the 30th, all event end times will be set to 00:00 (KST). For new events, the separate schedule for Server 10 will be improved so that all servers can participate in the same events simultaneously.

 

We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused. The update on the 30th will include not only new content and characters but also fixes for some of the issues that have been identified and shared through previous notices. Detailed information will be provided in future update announcements.
