Important Notice for 7 Days of Oath and Day 5 Consecutive Purchase

Today, I would like to address the ongoing concerns regarding two events: the 7 Days of Oath and the Consecutive Purchase.
As many commanders have requested the restoration of these events, I would like to honestly explain the considerations we've made and how we intend to assist.
[7 Days of Oath]
For the 7 Days of Oath event, we noticed that the event screen was disappearing right after the 7th day which did not provide enough time for some of the commanders to claim the event rewards. Therefore, commanders may have been confused when the event screen disappeared immediately after 7 days passed.
While the operations team requested to reopen the event screen to assist commanders in receiving the final reward, it was confirmed that the development team had not implemented a method to individually reopen the event screen for specific commanders. We apologize for the disappointment this may have caused to commanders, and we acknowledge that the discussion and consideration process for finding alternative solutions took some time.
As a result, although somewhat cumbersome, we have decided to manually receive reports from commanders to investigate the progress of the event and provide assistance to eligible commanders by distributing the final reward of [SSR Hero, Aurora] for the 7 Days of Oath event.
Please fill out the Google Form with your account information during the submission period. After the submission period, we will verify whether you are eligible to receive Aurora and send it via mail. Please carefully review the eligibility criteria for receiving the reward.

★ Eligibility Criteria
- Commanders who obtained the login rewards for the 6th day of the 7 Days of Oath event but did not receive the reward for the 7th day.
※ Those who do not have a record of receiving the 6th day reward or have already received Aurora will be excluded from the eligibility.
★ Submission Method:
- Go to Google [Submission Form]
Additionally, we are currently working on improving the event banner for the 7 Days of Oath to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. We will update the banner to display the event duration, allowing commanders more time to claim rewards. We appreciate your understanding and anticipation for these improvements.
[Consecutive Purchase]
For the Consecutive Purchase event, we observed that although the event duration was displayed, the expiration time was calculated based on the account's creation time, resulting in confusion as the duration was only displayed in days. This might have led commanders to believe they had more time remaining, only to experience the event banner disappearing before midnight due to the expiration time passing.
Therefore, for future instances of the Consecutive Purchase event, we plan to improve the display method to reflect the actual remaining time. Similar to the 7 Days of Oath event, we will manually handle submissions and distributions. Please refer to the following instructions for details:

★ Eligibility Criteria
- Commanders who completed up to Day 4 Consecutive Purchase and left only the Day 5 Consecutive Purchase.
※ Those without a record of completing the Day 4 Consecutive Purchase or already received the Day 5 Consecutive Purchase will be excluded from eligibility.
★ Submission Method
1.Submit an inquiry to the [Payment] category in the Customer Center, specifying that it pertains to the Day 5 Consecutive Purchase.
※ Please note that responses may not be provided until after the submission period ends.
2. The operations team will verify the event progress of the account and provide an initial response requesting the purchase.
3. After receiving the initial response, make a purchase of items totaling over 15,000 won.
※ You may purchase one or multiple items as long as the total price exceeds 15,000 won.
4. Attach the purchase receipt and reply to the inquiry.
※ Please ensure to proceed with the purchase only after receiving confirmation from the operations team.
※ Previously made purchases will be excluded from eligibility.
5. Upon verification of the purchase, the items will be distributed via mail.
Although this method may seem cumbersome, we believe it is the most accurate and secure way to manually process the event. We appreciate your understanding.
We have prepared this manual assistance for commanders who may feel a sense of loss due to the sudden end of the event. Although it may not be perfect, we sincerely hope that our earnest efforts convey our commitment to assist in any way possible.
