It's been a week since the official launch of Light of the Stars. There have been many incidents during this time, and while we always strive to provide commanders with enjoyable experiences, we deeply apologize for any unintended inconveniences caused.

However, our team is working diligently to rectify these issues and provide the best possible experience for our commanders. We sincerely thank all commanders for their patience and support.

Below are some ongoing issues and additional measures taken against unauthorized program usage:

• ▶ Experiencing errors with account linking under certain conditions
• ▷ Changing the account's country to the official service country (such as Korea, the US, or Canada) and then linking it may resolve the issue.
• ▶ The screen freezing preventing further progress
• ▷ Manually returning to the previous stage and following the tutorial slowly can prevent this issue.
• ▶ Tutorial after clearing Chapter 2 not proceeding properly
• ▷ Those experiencing this issue should contact customer support for assistance.
• ▶ Abnormal points displaying for certain users in arenas.
• ▶ Newly obtained Tarots reflecting current equipped Tarot information.
• ▶ Failure to reflect scores above a certain threshold in the Archery Game.
• ▶ Displaying levels instead of scores if commanders are not in the Everyone's Sweetheart event's ranking
• ▶ Intermittent patch errors for some commanders using iOS devices
• ▷ Reinstalling via the store or manual update should fix this issue.

Restrictions have been ongoing since 04/20. Due to the extensive list of restricted individuals, additional restricted individuals from 04/21 to the present are listed below.

We will swiftly and accurately identify the causes of the aforementioned issues and proceed with the necessary fixes. Any updates regarding the resolution of these issues will be promptly communicated through announcements.

Furthermore, we plan to strengthen defensive measures to enhance the overall game experience for commanders. We will work to address any potential issues that may arise during this process.
