I'd like to briefly explain about this maintenance.
As you may already know, the Light of the Stars operations team is making efforts to prevent the use of unauthorized third party programs. As part of these efforts, we implemented a function to temporarily block access for users engaging in abnormal usage. Unfortunately, many reports were received indicating that this measure, intended to create a healthy environment as promised to our commanders, was inadvertently disrupting the innocent commanders as well.

Thanks to the reports from our commanders, we were able to relay various cases to the development team and ultimately improve and reapply the measures we took. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the lengthy period until the new patch was applied. Currently, we are receiving reports of various errors within the game through various channels such as the customer center. While urgent issues disrupting the game have been addressed first, we are meticulously examining each reported issue and preparing improvements to address them in the next update wherever possible. Providing a seamless and enjoyable environment without errors is our rightful duty as the Light of the Stars operations team.

We are deeply saddened that we couldn't address the errors promptly, but we promise to continuously strive thorough verification and step-by-step progress towards complete resolution, rather than rushing and risking additional errors.
