Despite recent updates aimed at improving crash issues,
it has come to our attention that some Contractors are still experiencing Abnormal Program Terminations (Crash Issues).
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
We are conducting optimization tests internally considering various cases to provide the best gaming environment for all Contractors and also continuing updates to address this issue.
However, as crash issues can occur due to various reasons (Device, Network, etc.),
we are eagerly awaiting active reports from Contractors to track down and resolve the causes of the problem.
If you are experiencing such situations,
please provide Detailed Information using the following format via the Customer Service (Inquiry) section.
Your proactive reporting can greatly assist us in tracking and improving the related issues.
