Commander of dead (Ultimate)
→ Previous: Buff / Debuff unremoveable
→ Change: Buff / Debuff removeable

[Found Issue]
1. Skeleton Summoner's Ultimate Commander of dead being affected by ATK Buffs
2. Certain Text in World Boss Rank Rewards being displayed abnormally
3. 'New' Notification on Craft Button not disappearing in certain environments.
4. Yanluo's Power is not Activating for some Hero's Ultimate with transformation.

Currently, the informed Phenomena are being tested and fixed internally.
We will do our best to implement fixes as soon as possible.
