For two wonderful years, GODS RAID has shared countless joyful memories with you, our Contractors.It is with a heavy heart that we announce that service for GODS RAID will end on October 21, 2026. We are truly sorry to bring you such difficult news about GODS RAID. To everyone staying with us until the very end, we hope you make the most of the time we have left and create many happy memories together. Please review the details of the End-of-Service process below. End-of-Service Schedule- End-of-Service Notice: August 28, 2026, 05:00 (UTC)- End-of-Service: October 21, 2026, 05:00 (UTC) ※ You can continue to play the game normally until the service ends.- Official Community Closure: November 28, 2026, 14:59 (UTC) ※ Notes on the End-of-Service Schedule - After the service ends, your account and game data will be destroyed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. ▷ Any information that must be retained will be kept for a set period as required by law, then destroyed. - Any unused coupons and in-game currency will be forfeited when the service ends, so please be sure to use them before the service ends. - Customer Support will remain available for a limited period after the service ends, then close. Paid Item Sales Discontinuation- Paid Item Sales Suspension: After the September 28, 2026 maintenance ※ Purchases will also no longer be available. - Refund Request Period: September 27, 2026, 15:00 ~ November 28, 2026, 14:59 (UTC) ※ Even after the service ends [October 21], you can still submit a refund request through a 1:1 Inquiry at the Official Community Customer Support. Additional requests will not be accepted once the refund period closes, so please be sure to submit yours in time. [Paid Item Refund Guide]Due to the End-of-Service, we will issue refunds for eligible paid items as described below. ■ Eligible for Refund 1. "Remaining Paid Diamonds" among Diamonds obtained through purchase 2. "Unused paid items (not yet received in your mailbox)" among paid items purchased between August 28, 2026, 05:00 ~ September 28, 2026, 04:59 (UTC) 3. Time-limited / monthly subscription / subscription items → These will be [refunded based on the calculated remaining usage period]. ※ Notes on Paid Item Refunds - GODS RAID is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect capitalization when entering your information. - Refunds are available only for unused Diamonds that were purchased through payment and are still held in your account. - Diamonds and items obtained for free through gameplay or events are not eligible for a refund. - Items that take effect immediately upon purchase are not eligible for a refund. - Please enter all required information accurately when requesting a refund. - You must fill in all required fields exactly as instructed. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect or missing entries. - No refund will be issued if the attached documents do not match the information in your refund request. - Your refund cannot be processed if your account details (bank name, account number, account holder name, PayPal owner name, or the owner name for any other supported method) are entered incorrectly. - Refunds are processed only for requests submitted within the stated request period. - Depending on each store's policy, refund eligibility and processing times may vary. ■ How to Request a Refund 1.
