Inform about blowhole's speech bubble touching issue

After the update on September 19th,
it was confirmed that a freeze occurred when touching the speech bubble next to the blowhole.
The relevant team is currently working on fixing this issue through a build update.
We will inform you of the build schedule and information through this notice.

Before the issue is resolved,
there may be an inconvenience where you need to reconnect when touching the speech bubble.
