[Update Details]

1. New Special Card Addition

- CP Special Card will be added for the players below.

2. Ranked Battle Renewal

- Ranked Battles will be revamped to a completely new format that allows fair competition.

> Instead of using tickets to battle others, you will battle opponents in a list that has a refresh limit.

> Winning a battle will earn you Ranked Points and losing one will not deduct your Ranked Points.

> Rematches will not affect your Ranked Points, and you will be able to change starting pitchers during the match to study why you lost. (Winning Rematches will earn you a small amount of Points)

- Your five starting pitchers will each play one opponent from the opponent list of five. Refreshing the opponent list will allow you to use pitchers that have already pitched.

> You can freely choose which of your starting pitchers will play the selected opponent.

> Starting pitchers of the five opponents will be selected at random, and they will all be pitchers of different pitching orders.

-The Universe Ranking system will be added.

> Universe Ranking is a competition system where you compete based on the Universe Points accumulated over 13 Ranked Battle seasons.

> You can earn Universe Points equal to your Ranked Points for each Ranked Battle season if you place higher than Rank 2,000 in World Ranking for that season.

> You can earn rewards for your Universe Ranking after 13 Ranked Battle seasons, and your Universe Points will be reset.

- The previous Group Ranking system will be removed.

- Ranked Battle rewards and the Ranked Shop will be revamped.

> Ranked Battle rewards will be improved overall.

> Following the change in Ranked Battle rewards, the product price and purchase limit at the Ranked Shop will change.

> CP Impact Pack will be added to the Ranked Shop.

※ Content Shop will be updated sequentially.

3. Rival Series Tier Addition and Improvement

- Platinum and Diamond tiers will be added above the Gold tier, which is the highest tier currently.

> You can obtain Workshop Medals that can be used to craft Advanced Crafting Tickets as the ranking reward for Platinum and Diamond tiers.

> You can obtain more progression materials from Platinum and Diamond tiers.

- Notice on Rival Series simulation

> Rival Series' simulation games focus on shortening the playtime. The logic related to stats is applied the same as League Mode, but potential and skills are applied as an overall value by taking the amount of development, skill grade, and skill tier into account.

> Please note that Rival Series' RECORD will be removed to better maintain its simulation speed and reduce server load.

- Starting pitcher rotation will be improved to proceed normally when changing the pitcher strategy during League Mode games.

- Tapping the return button after entering the progression screen of a player in the Rival Series lineup will now let you return to the Rival Series lineup.

4. Workshop Improvement

- A new crafting recipe for Advanced Crafting Tickets will be added.

> You can craft Advanced Crafting Tickets using the Workshop Medals obtained as the ranking reward for Platinum and Diamond tiers in Rival Series.

- The crafting limit for the items below will be increased.

> Prime Pack: Once per month → 3 times per month

> Ball x50: 5 times per week → 10 times per week

> Ball x30: 5 times per week → 10 times per week

- The crafting materials for the items below will change.

> Grade C Live & Season Cards for crafting Ball x50 and Ball x30 will be replaced with Normal Scout Tickets.

- The Workshop will be divided into three tabs: Advanced Crafting, Normal Crafting, and Item

5. New Campaign Chapter Addition

- A new chapter will be added to the Campaign mode for more missions and rewards.

> Chapter 2 will unlock after clearing Chapter 1 Stage 3-5.

- Steal missions will be marked as complete immediately upon a successful steal.

6. Guide Mission Improvement

- The Guide Mission content and reward will be partially revamped to better introduce the game to new users.

7. In-game Animation Change

- No Doubter HR animation for Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will be added.

- No Doubter HR animation for Austin Hays will be added.

- Animation for the electronic scoreboard getting damaged when it gets hit by a ball will be added.

- Animation for catching throws and short hops at first base will be added.

- LAA's home run celebration animation will be removed.

8. App Icon Image Change

- The icon image of MLB RIVALS will be updated.

9. Gameplay and QoL Improvement

- The friction and elasticity of the grass will be changed to be more realistic according to the grass type.

- The rotation value of balls hit will be improved to be more realistic.

- The most recent filter set will be saved for each player progression category under the MANAGE menu.

- You will be able to check upcoming events, event games, and scouts in advance.

> If the scout period for a new scout begins while you are in the SCOUT menu, you will have to enter the menu again to scout players.

- You will be able to check available players, owned players, and rates better when you open Exclusive Packs.

> Player cards of players that you have recruited will be lit, and the players you currently own will have an icon at the upper right corner of their card. Players you own will not appear in Exclusive Packs.

- You will be able to check the items available from premium check-ins even if you have not purchased the Premium Check-in item.

- The GO button for event games will be deactivated under the DAILY MISSION menu.

- A notification icon will be displayed if there are free items in the Event Shop.

- A pop-up notice will be displayed if the Play Pass rewards can be changed.
