Greetings, this is the MLB 9 Innings Rivals operations team.

There was an issue where the 10-time scout cost was set incorrectly as 

300 Stars in the Prime Pickup, which began on Sep. 24th 11:00 AM [EDT].

The issue was fixed on Sep. 24th 11:15 AM [EDT], and we will be deducting the amount of Stars used for 

the 1,139 accounts that have performed scouts with the incorrect scout cost in accordance with our operational policy.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience as we make the aforesaid decision.

1. Temporary Maintenance

- Maintenance Schedule: Sep. 25th 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM [EDT] (Complete)

- Maintenance Details: Accounts that have scouted 10 Prime Pickups with 300 Stars will have stars deducted equal to the standard cost. If the number of Stars they now have is less than the number of Stars deducted, a negative sum will be processed.

  ※ E.g. Accounts that have completed 10 scouts once will be deducted -2,700 stars, while accounts that have completed 10 scouts 5 times will be deducted -13,500 Stars.

- Impact of Maintenance: Unable to access game during maintenance

  ※ The maintenance hour may change. We will inform you through this notice if it happens.

In addition, we will be sending out the following as a compensation for holding temporary maintenance.

2. Temporary Maintenance Compensation

- Compensation: Star x3,000

- The item can be claimed from Sep. 25th 11:00 PM to Oct. 1st 10:59 AM [EDT].
