This is the MLB 9 Innings Rivals operation team.

We would like to inform you of the temporary maintenance schedule for follow-up measures against the accounts that played League Mode via an abnormal method on Aug. 30th.

1. Retrieval of unfairly acquired in-game items

On Sep. 21st, we will begin retrieving the abnormally acquired items from accounts that engaged in abnormal league play.

All game details, including player cards owned, development status, league unlock status, and currencies including Stars and Points, 

will be returned to the state before exploiting the bug in League Mode. We will be holding temporary maintenance for a more secure operating environment.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

In addition, sanctioned accounts will be subject to recovery once the recovery of abnormally acquired items is complete on Sep. 21st.

Please be advised that restrictions will be lifted once the sanction period has expired.

2. Temporary maintenance for rollback of sanctioned users

 - Maintenance schedule: Sep. 20th 10:00 PM - Sep. 21st 12:00 AM [EDT]

 - Maintenance details: Retrieval of abnormally acquired items from accounts that played the League Mode abnormally

 - Maintenance impact: Users will be unable to access the game during the maintenance period

   ※ This notice will be updated if the maintenance schedule is modified based on the progress of the work.

3. Temporary maintenance compensation

We apologize for any inconveniences caused by scheduled maintenance and abnormal game play issues.

We will be providing the following as a token of apology.

 - Temporary maintenance compensation: Star x1,500, Ball x100

 - The items will be available from Sep. 21st 12:00 AM to Sep. 27th 10:59 AM [EDT].

   ※ The items can be claimed from the Inbox after the maintenance is over.

   ※ Accounts that are subject to sanctions are not eligible for compensation.

4. Cancelation of payments for accounts that played league mode abnormally

In addition, we plan to cancel payments for accounts that participated in abnormal league mode play during the abnormal play period.

After the maintenance finishes on Sep. 21st, payments made on the Google Play Store will be canceled sequentially, 

and users who made purchases on the Apple App Store must submit a 1:1 inquiry to the Customer Support for payment cancellation.
