Please read below for more info on the issue that occurred in the Puzzle Event with Billy and Lizzy, which opened on Sep. 11th 1:00 AM [EDT].

[Issue Details]
- An issue where users cannot use the puzzle piece obtained through completing the "Use 30 Balls" mission, although it appears that you have obtained a puzzle piece from completing the mission

[Issue Fixed]
- You can obtain and use 1 puzzle piece upon completing all 5 missions
※ The puzzle pieces that appeared to be obtained incorrectly can be acquired after you complete all five missions.
