We are here to provide you with details on the Sep. 11th Update Note.

The new [World Issue] and [Ranking] systems, where you can resolve global issues and earn Leadership, will be added in this update.

Also, several errors in the game will be fixed to provide better service.

Please read below for more details.

◈ Sep. 11th Update Note

■ Additions

▶ World Issue

- It's a system where you can resolve key global issues and earn rewards.

 · You can participate in World Issues via the [Season] - [Foreign Affairs] menu.

 · You can view various issues by dragging around the World Map.

- You need to satisfy the conditions below to participate in World Issues.

 · Maintain an Approval Rating of 80% or higher for a day

 · Reach City Lv. 10 

- You can select and participate in issues via the [Sign] button.

- You need to dispatch Experts under the [Team Management] menu to participate in selected issues.

 · The dispatched Expert will lead your delegation and represent you in the selected World Issue, and you can vote for the side you support.

- When you dispatch Experts to participate in a World Issue, HEAT Coins will be consumed based on the number of Experts in the meeting.

 · All issues follow the steps [Sign → Vote → Tally], and rewards will be sent after the issues end.

 · You can earn more rewards by increasing the number of Experts or expanding the team of Experts.

 * For each issue, you can vote once and dispatch a single team.

 * You can add or change Experts under the [Team Management] menu.

 * You can add delegation teams by spending additional currency (HEAT Coin, Steam Core).

- You can vote to either agree or disagree with the issue you participate in.

· You can express your opinions on the issue on the [Message Board].

· You can view voting details under [Details], and use HEAT Coins to reduce the voting weight of opponents.

- You can view additional details on the issue you are participating in under [Foreign Affairs] > [Meeting Records].

- A menu where you can obtain Elite NPCs will be added.

▶ Ranking Tally Addition

- A ranking system based on the amount of Leadership obtained from World Issues per season will be added.

- You can view the ranking information from the management menu under [Season] > [Ranking Tally].

 · The Leadership Ranking information will be reset after each season.

 · You can collect rewards via the [Tally] button when the season is over.

▶ Shop

- Two new pass products that offer bonus rewards as your city level increases will be added.

 1) New City

 2) City Promotion

- New Daily and Weekly Packages will be added, and the components of some products will be changed.

■ Modifications

▶ Season Content

- You can now obtain participation rewards after each season. 

 * Details on the season's ending schedule will be notified as soon as possible.

▶ Industry

- The industry you selected will not be reset when the season is reset.

- You can now build special factories of industries that you have not selected.

 * You can purchase the blueprints for the special factories from the [Gold Shop].

▶ Approval Rating

- The speed at which your temporary Approval Rating decreases will be slowed.

▶ Building

- The Weather Station will be deleted, and can no longer be built.

* If your city has the Weather Station, it will be automatically removed from the city after the update. All currencies used to construct and upgrade the slots in the Weather Station will be sent via mail.

▶ Item

- You can no longer delete blueprints of special factories.

▶ Expert (Updated on 09/11 08:15 PDT)

- The Grades of some Experts will be modified as below.

■ Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where the Engineering Factory construction quest cannot be completed under certain circumstances.

- You can now view the remaining time until the next Industrial Incident under [City Activities] > [Industrial Incidents].

- Fixed the notification message displayed when there is not enough currency to begin School classes.

- Fixed an issue where some text is displayed in a language different from your language settings for some content.

- Fixed an issue where the quantity of Books item is deducted incorrectly when donating Books to citizens under certain circumstances.

- For Captains who have purchased items that have no usage under certain circumstances, the items will be retrieved and amount of HEAT Coins spent to purchase those items will be applied directly to the account after the update.
