We would like to provide detailed information regarding the acquisition rates of Experts when using Flares within the Beacon.

There are various Experts who greatly contribute to the development of the city. Each Expert is assigned a weight value according to their usability in the game, and this weight value proportionally determines their acquisition rate from using Flares.

In other words, even among Experts of the same tier, the weight values may differ based on their usefulness in the game. As a result, the probability of acquiring each Expert may vary.

Lastly, the rates currently displayed in the Beacon are rounded down to the hundredth place. This means the total displayed probability may not add up to 100.

However, please note that the actual rates are working correctly as intended.
