We thank all Captains who support <Frostpunk: Beyond the Ice> and would like to inform you of the connection issue that's being experienced after the Aug. 13th update.

We've confirmed that some Captains are having issues connecting to the game after the Aug. 13th update and 

the issue has been resolved with a patch on Aug. 21st.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused by the issue and we'll be providing compensation to all affected Captains when you submit an inquiry through [1:1 Customer Support] after internal confirmation.

- Please send an inquiry through [1:1 Customer Support] if you were affected by the connection issue after 

the Aug. 13th update until the issue was resolved on Aug. 21st.

- We will be providing a compensation reward for not being able to access the game while the issue occurred.
