This patch fixed an issue where the quantity of resources required to upgrade certain buildings 

was applied incorrectly.

We have also identified the records of resources that were used to upgrade buildings 

before the patch was released.

We assumed that returning these resources in bulk may cause inconvenience due to their high quantity,

so we would like to ask the Captains who would like to have their used resources returned to refer to the details below.
