This is Dragon Village Rumble.

On December 20 (Sat), an issue was identified where the Day 4 reward profile from the Snowflake Festival Attendance Event cannot be equipped.

◎ Known Issues

■ Unable to Equip Day 4 Profile Reward from the Snowflake Festival Attendance Event

• · An issue has been identified where the Day 4 profile reward cannot be equipped even after being claimed successfully.
   
• · The profile has been properly granted to the account; however, it is displayed as unowned in the Profile UI, preventing it from being equipped.
   
• · This issue will be fixed in the next update.
  After the update, players who have already obtained the profile will be able to equip it normally without any additional action.
