This is Dragon Village Rumble.

We would like to inform you of the event-related issues identified after the December 18 (Thu) update,
and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please refer to the details below.

◎ Known Issues

■ Rudolph Race Event
· Due to an unexpected settlement timing, scores based on rankings were applied to Tamers who completed cheering earlier, while scores were not settled for those who participated later.
· This issue has been fixed, and the event menu will be reopened sequentially starting around 08:30 (UTC+0) today.
· Additionally, there is a display issue where the reward quantity on the post-race result screen is incorrectly shown as being multiplied by the number of participants instead of Snowflake Coins. This will be fixed in the next update.
(Actual rewards are granted correctly; this is a display-only issue.)

■ Rudolph Race Event – Measures

· All Tamers’ Rudolph Race scores will be reset to 0.
· Snowflake Coins used for cheering in today’s 1st race will be reissued sequentially to all Tamers’ mailboxes within today.
· Cheering for the next round will be available until 08:30 (UTC+0). After a 1-hour settlement process, race results can be checked and cheering for the following round will be available at 08:30 (UTC+0).
· Subsequent Rudolph Races will proceed normally according to the original schedule.

■ Tree Lighting Event

· An issue was identified where the maximum number of Ornaments obtainable through the Rumble Machine was limited to 20,000 instead of 30,000.
· This issue was fixed immediately via a server patch and is now applied correctly.

Due to issues related to the Snowflake Festival event, we sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
As a token of our apology, the following compensation will be provided.
